Enhance
Stability

To enhance stability, there is a solid wood corner bracket installed on the inside.

Adjustable Shelf
Is 3/4" Thick

The adjustable shelf is 3/4" thick and made of Birch Ply with a front edge banding.

1/2" Birch Ply &
UV Coat

The cabinet box is made of 1/2" Birch Ply and is coated with a UV clear coat on one side and painted to match the door finish on the other side.

Made of Five
Pieces

Painted doors are made of five pieces with a solid center panel and are constructed using solid wood, HDHMR, or MDF.

Face frames
are made of 1 1/2" .

Face frames are made of 1 1/2" solid wood, HDHMR, or MDF and are painted.

Toe boards are
1/2" thick

Toe boards are 1/2" thick, measuring 4 1/2" in height and 2 1/2" in depth.

Internal Soft-Close
Mechanism

Each hinge includes an internal soft-close mechanism and is adjustable in six different ways.

Fitted With a
1/2" Plywood

The inside of the cabinet is fitted with a 1/2" plywood panel that dadoes into the face frame. The side reveal is 1/4" before the skin is applied.

5/8" Solid Wood
Birch Plywood

Drawer boxes are constructed with 5/8" solid wood or Birch plywood, featuring edge banding and dovetail construction. All exposed surfaces are coated with a UV clear coat. Drawer glides are made of stainless steel and are soft-close with full extension.
